Marketing Specialist – Luxury Fashion (Sydney)

About the role

Join MaxMara Fashion Group’s ANZ head office in Sydney as a Marketing Specialist. You will support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives that align with the luxury Maison’s vision and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of local and regional marketing strategies in line with global brand direction.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Act as primary contact for external partners, agencies, suppliers and landlords.
• Deliver projects and activations on time, within budget and according to luxury brand guidelines.
• Assist in organising client events, brand activations, partnerships and in‑store experiences.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, recaps and performance analyses for management.
• Support the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of marketing priorities.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, timelines and project trackers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in luxury fashion, beauty, hospitality or a premium environment.
• Understanding of luxury brand standards, customer experience and brand image.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Strong financial and administrative acumen, especially in budget management and reporting.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
