Marketing Specialist

About the role

Montu is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and delivery of marketing activities across its health‑tech brands. Working fully remotely from anywhere in Australia, you will help translate brand and product information into clear, effective marketing materials that raise awareness, educate customers and engage healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and reporting on B2B marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, pharmacies and clinics.
• Develop campaign timelines, briefs, content, channel plans and asset trackers.
• Coordinate deployment of campaigns across EDMs, digital channels, collateral and internal communications.
• Monitor performance, gather insights and contribute to optimisation of campaigns.
• Support brand management by maintaining consistent brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across all assets.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing assets, write and proofread copy for campaigns, sales tools, website and internal communications.
• Ensure product information is up‑to‑date in external PMS and internal platforms, and assist with product‑lifecycle and launch initiatives.
• Develop launch toolkits and sales collateral for new product introductions.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing, brand management or product launch within a regulated or healthcare environment is preferred.
