Marketing Specialist – Digital & Community Growth

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to own our digital performance across social media, CRM and web platforms. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns that boost brand growth, customer engagement and revenue in both domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, CRM and web platforms.
• Manage and optimise social media channels to increase engagement, growth and conversion.
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage and grow online communities and brand engagement.
• Execute email marketing and CRM campaigns using platforms such as Shopify or Vtiger.
• Support e‑commerce growth through website content and campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns and events.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media, CRM and digital campaign management.
• Proven ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads or similar.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
