Marketing Specialist – Australia

About the role

Oxford Economics is seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to grow its presence across Australia, focusing on the construction and real‑estate sectors. You will lead integrated campaigns, build industry partnerships and use AI‑driven tools to deliver sharper, faster results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid search/social, webinars, content) to promote research, data services and consulting offerings.
• Drive demand generation for subscription and consulting products, collaborating with the regional sales team on lead follow‑up and reporting.
• Manage the Pardot marketing automation platform and use Salesforce for reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Translate economic research into engaging campaign content with economists and the content team.
• Track and report on campaign and funnel performance for the Australian market.
• Explore and develop industry partnerships, sponsorships and content collaborations within construction and real‑estate.
• Represent Oxford Economics at industry events, roundtables and conferences, and manage the bi‑annual Australian conference.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, research, data/analytics or construction/real‑estate.
• Ability to understand complex economic information and make it accessible and marketable.
• Strong critical thinking and written communication skills, comfortable working with subject‑matter experts.
• Organised, able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and events.
