Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join Lotterywest on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, collaborating with the Retail Customer Marketing and Brand & Campaign teams to deliver our lottery products and marketing strategies within the retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of in‑store point‑of‑sale materials, both digital screens and physical distribution via the warehouse.
• Assist with brand management, communications and campaign planning and scheduling.
• Maintain intellectual property records and ensure compliance.
• Conduct sales analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Drive player retention and acquisition initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use brand data to optimise outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with sales analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of brand management and campaign planning.
