About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Chevron's retail fuels and lubricants business in Australia. This senior, results‑driven role shapes market growth, strengthens brand equity, and drives measurable business outcomes in a competitive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans across brand, product, and channel initiatives.
- Champion a data‑driven, customer‑centric approach for all marketing activities.
- Oversee retail and loyalty programmes, distributor marketing, partnerships, and customer campaigns.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality, and compliant brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Lead, coach, and develop an in‑country marketing team to deliver timely, high‑quality outputs.
- Manage marketing spend, optimise ROI, and align budgets with business priorities.
Required profile
