Marketing Manager – Restaurants and Bars

About the role

Lead the marketing strategy for Sofitel Sydney Wentworth’s four distinctive food and beverage venues, creating compelling campaigns, partnerships and experiences that drive brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, email and paid channels.
• Drive venue revenue through seasonal activations, events and promotions.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendar and creative direction for all venues.
• Build relationships with media, influencers and industry partners to maximise exposure.
• Collaborate with chefs and venue leaders to launch new menus and signature events.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to optimise ROI.
• Manage budgets, timelines and creative production from concept to execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel or lifestyle marketing.
• Strong understanding of the food, beverage and hospitality scene.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proactive, creative mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.

Required skills

• Copywriting, storytelling and content creation.
• Social media platform management.
• Digital campaign planning and execution.
• CRM/email marketing experience.
• Commercial acumen to interpret campaign performance.
