Marketing Manager – Oceania

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Oceania will lead brand‑building, partnership development and customer demand generation across airport lounges, hotels, food & beverage outlets and passenger services. The role works closely with the global marketing team to provide regional insights and localisation, while collaborating with other regional teams to drive inbound and outbound traveller traffic. It also supports Smart Traveller membership acquisition through targeted campaigns and local activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing and partnership strategies to increase brand awareness, lounge footfall, hotel occupancy and service usage.
• Support Smart Traveller membership acquisition and engagement via targeted campaigns, partnerships and local activations.
• Provide regional market insights, requirements and performance feedback to the global marketing team.
• Collaborate with other regional marketing teams to align initiatives that drive passenger traffic.
• Plan and deliver local activations and co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and partnerships, preferably in aviation, travel or hospitality.
• Proven track record in partnership marketing, brand building and membership or loyalty growth.
• Strong understanding of Oceania travel market dynamics across B2C, B2B2C and B2B channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
