Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager at PayChoice, you will lead the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing initiatives that drive growth and strengthen the brand in the fintech space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across digital channels, events and other platforms to acquire and retain customers.
• Create compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, white papers, case studies and videos.
• Manage marketing automation tools such as HubSpot to nurture leads and track performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight studies to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee brand development, budget allocation and external agency relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while staying current on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record managing digital campaigns, brand management and content strategy.
• Strong analytical ability and project management skills.
