Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to drive the global growth of BONDI WASH and its sister brand WASH WILD. You will work within a small, collaborative team based in Paddington, NSW, supporting brand expansion across key markets such as Germany, China and Korea.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute marketing plans for both brands.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage social media activities aligned with brand vision and strategic goals.
• Analyse performance data and produce regular marketing reports.
• Support international distributors with regional content when needed.
• Lead the creation of engaging brand‑aligned content.
• Contribute to new product development ideas.
• Maintain regular digital communications with customers.
• Supervise website development, updates and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in premium consumer goods, health & beauty or related sectors.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative and kind work ethic.
