Marketing Manager

About the role

Fleur Skin & Wellness is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, attract new clients, and support business growth. This on‑site role is based in our Mount Lawley clinic and works closely with clinic leadership and practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising and email channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for social platforms, the website and promotional materials.
• Coordinate in‑clinic events, promotions and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and collaborate with external vendors as needed.
• Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and adjust tactics to improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role, preferably in health, wellness or beauty.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work alongside clinical and administrative teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
• Interest in skin health, holistic care and a commitment to inclusive, respectful practices.
