Marketing Manager

About the role

The Australian Fitness Academy is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute its marketing strategy across Australia and Asia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive enquiry generation, student enrolments and brand growth through data‑driven campaigns and creative content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet monthly enquiry targets for AFA and AFA Asia.
• Manage digital agency performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO and remarketing.
• Create and optimise social media advertising and organic content.
• Monitor budgets, cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑sale metrics, and report on ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies, internal designers, videographers and the Sales & Business Development Manager.
• Maintain website, landing pages and course listings; produce emails, brochures, newsletters and other collateral.
• Identify new channels, organise trade shows, events and promotional activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on enquiries, conversions, demographics and marketing performance.

Required profile

• Commercially minded marketer with at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social media and lead generation.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Passion for health, fitness and education sectors is desirable.
