Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytical insight and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and customer engagement across multiple markets.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email, SEO and SEM.
• Manage paid media budgets, monitor performance and maximise ROI.
• Lead content, social media, email marketing, lead generation and marketing automation initiatives.
• Analyse campaign data, report KPIs and continuously improve conversion and retention rates.
• Mentor a high‑performing marketing team and collaborate with sales, product, operations and business development.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital or growth marketing roles.
• Proven track record of leading successful multi‑channel campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making experience.

Required skills

• SEO, SEM and PPC expertise.
• Social media marketing across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Content marketing and email marketing.
• Marketing automation tools.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics platforms.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
