Marketing Manager - B2B, Aged Care

About the role

Medibank is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Amplar Health brand and play a key role in growing its ageing well propositions. You will develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies, strengthen relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders, and help drive enrolments across priority health and aged care programs. The role sits across the Consumer Growth and B2B Growth squads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and squad OKRs.
• Create go-to-market plans that build awareness, engagement and growth.
• Develop positioning, messaging and value propositions for Support at Home.
• Produce sales enablement and marketing collateral such as pitch packs, presentations, case studies and program materials.
• Support business development and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Deliver initiatives to grow Amplar Health's consented audience.
• Support AI-assisted content creation while maintaining quality, governance and brand standards, and identify ways to improve content efficiency and scalability through technology.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in B2B, product or commercial marketing roles.
• Relevant degree qualification.
• Experience partnering with commercial, business development or customer-facing teams.
• Highly regarded: experience within aged care or another regulated industry.
