Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the role

Medibank Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its Growth Marketing team on a 12-month contract. You will help deliver integrated consumer marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and strengthen the Medibank brand, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager. The role coordinates offer, partnership and acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, from brief through launch, optimisation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of consumer campaigns and communications.
• Deliver multichannel campaigns, sales tools and promotional activity that generate prospects, leads and new customers.
• Create campaign briefs with the Marketing Manager covering strategy, objectives, audience, success measures, timing and budget.
• Coordinate delivery with creative agencies, internal teams, web updates and media partners.
• Use customer insights, performance data and market analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and competitor activity, and identify improvements for live campaigns.
• Support the offer program and key acquisition initiatives, managing several programs of work on time and within budget.
• Keep stakeholders informed and ensure messaging and assets stay accurate across channels.

Required profile

• At least three years' experience in marketing communications, ideally in an agency, financial services, professional services or similar complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer acquisition strategies.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in a high-performing marketing or sales environment; local area marketing experience highly regarded.

• End-to-end campaign delivery through Salesforce.
• Project and campaign management, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
