Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract)

About the role

KONE, an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract to join its Strategy, Transformation & Marketing Team. The role leads the execution of KONE's marketing, brand and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand, strengthening market position and brand visibility while supporting growth objectives. It can be based in the Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the KONE brand across ANZ and lead the marketing and communications strategy, plans and budget.
• Work with business and sales leaders on demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement and customer engagement programs.
• Lead media, PR, reputation management and external communications, and advise senior leaders on messaging and employee communications.
• Build visibility through customer stories, industry partnerships, events and content.
• Drive digital marketing across web, social media, email, automation platforms and campaigns, and deliver campaigns on products, services and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and marketing policies.
• Lead, coach and develop team members and external partners, and measure and report on marketing performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a multinational, technology, infrastructure, construction or service environment desired.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline desired.
• Track record of turning strategy into measurable growth, customer and reputation outcomes.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing local and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated people leadership and experience managing agencies and multi-disciplinary delivery partners.
• Applicants must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen, or a New Zealand citizen.
