Marketing Intern – Online Vintage Marketplace Startup

About the role

Join a fast‑growing online vintage marketplace startup as a Marketing Intern. You will help shape the brand’s digital presence and support the founder in creating compelling content that drives engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the platform’s reach.
• Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to produce visually appealing content for multiple platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare weekly performance reviews of social media activities, highlighting successes, failures and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and manage multiple tasks.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a startup mindset.

What we offer

• 6‑month full‑time internship (4‑5 days per week) starting between October 2026 and January 2027.
• Hybrid work arrangement (on‑site in Sydney and remote).
• Monthly allowance to cover expenses.
