About the role

Join Marriott International’s Westin brand as a Marketing Intern and gain hands‑on experience in hotel marketing. You will work alongside the marketing team to support campaigns that promote the property’s wellness‑focused brand and enhance guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Support social media content planning and scheduling.
• Help gather and analyse guest feedback and market data to inform promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Participate in the planning of events and wellness‑focused programs.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
