Marketing Executive - Pharmacy Channels

About the role
We are a global luxury beauty and fragrance group seeking a Marketing Executive to lead retail marketing activities for a major fragrance brand within the pharmacy and specialist retail channel across Australia, New Zealand and selected Pacific markets. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will coordinate day‑to‑day execution of marketing programmes, ensuring commercial performance, brand consistency and operational accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute retail marketing programs aligned to overall commercial strategy.
- Own marketing calendars, retailer presentations, COOP plans and support materials.
- Coordinate and deliver campaign assets on time across retail partners.
- Support consumer activations and competitions in partnership with Trade Marketing.
- Manage COOP budgets, invoicing and budget tracking.
- Partner with Commercial teams to support retail and net sales performance.
- Prepare weekly performance analysis, tracking hero SKUs and promotions.
- Deliver post‑campaign reporting for key retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and flag risks and opportunities.
- Oversee SKU and door classification to optimise distribution and sell‑through.
- Track brand health metrics to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure all activity aligns with global and local brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade Marketing, Commercial, Operations and retail partners.
- Build strong professional relationships with retail stakeholders.
- Align closely with other channel marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Masters in Marketing or Business.
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Commercial roles within Luxury, Beauty or FMCG.
- Beauty or Fragrance category experience strongly regarded.
- Pharmacy channel experience, including large‑format retailers, highly regarded.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident written, verbal and presentation skills.
- High energy, ownership mindset and proactive approach.
