Marketing Executive

About the role

Dext, a fast‑growing fintech that uses AI to simplify bookkeeping, is looking for a Marketing Executive to drive digital acquisition and partner expansion across the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, you will plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns and support regional events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run email, paid digital, webinar and nurture campaigns aligned with regional goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital event logistics, from scheduling to post‑event follow‑up, to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate in‑person and virtual events, handling vendor liaison, attendee communication and alignment with broader campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with global campaign, data and local sales teams to ensure accurate lead capture and timely handover.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (MQLs, funnel conversion rates) and recommend optimisation.
• Track campaign and event budgets, raise purchase orders and support financial reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global setting and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions and regions.
