Marketing Director – ANZ

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a Marketing Director for the ANZ cluster, based in Sydney. Reporting to the Managing Director, ANZ and sitting on the ANZ Executive Committee, you will lead the marketing agenda for luxury brands across Australia and New Zealand, driving sustainable growth and brand relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic marketing direction for the ANZ markets in line with Moët Hennessy’s brand ambition and North Star.
• Develop and execute mid‑ to long‑term brand programs and campaigns in partnership with the Maisons, commercial teams and consumer engagement partners.
• Translate Maison plans into ANZ‑specific marketing and business plans that increase impact and relevance.
• Strengthen consumer centricity by extracting insights and adapting strategies to evolving buying patterns.
• Represent the ANZ cluster within the global organisation, providing feedback to Maisons and Moët Hennessy.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Managing Director and ExCo, influencing business decisions beyond the marketing function.
• Lead agency relationships, manage budgets and track KPIs aligned with brand, commercial and consumer objectives.
• Maximise digital consumer engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

Required profile

• Member of the ANZ Executive Committee with direct reporting line to the Managing Director.
• Proven experience leading marketing for luxury or premium brands in a matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of consumer dynamics and market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
