Marketing Coordinator – Pacific Region

About the role

Accor Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Pacific portfolio, based in Sydney. The role supports the Senior Marketing Manager and works closely with commercial operations, digital, loyalty and sales teams to deliver marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and commercial performance across multiple hotel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing activities and campaigns across Accor’s Pacific portfolio.
• Implement regional and global marketing initiatives by sharing guidelines, assets and best practices.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing calendars, ensuring accuracy and easy access.
• Monitor hotel‑level marketing activities for compliance with brand standards.
• Liaise with hotel teams to gather information and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Assist with campaign budget tracking, invoice processing and expense reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between marketing teams and external vendors.
• Compile performance reports for campaigns to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Positive, proactive team player with an adaptable approach.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital asset management tools (preferred).
