Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to run day‑to‑day marketing operations for Brunae Body, an Australian‑made tanning and suncare brand. The role will support the founders and the wider DTC marketing team, ensuring content, influencer and affiliate programmes, campaign logistics and retail assets are delivered on time and to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and manage influencer and affiliate relationships, coordinating gifting, briefs, content delivery, tracking and performance.
• Manage Instagram posting schedule and content calendar, ensuring posts are on brief, on brand and on time.
• Own campaign organisation in ClickUp, keeping tasks, deadlines and deliverables on track and following up with internal and external partners.
• Partner with the marketing team to improve customer experience through loyalty initiatives and retention programmes.
• Liaise with graphic designers and video editors to brief, track and deliver creative assets for retail partners on schedule.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, e‑commerce or DTC coordination role, preferably in FMCG or beauty.
• Strong project‑management instincts and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience managing external relationships such as influencers, affiliates, agencies or freelancers.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, takes initiative and highly organised.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp or a similar project‑management tool.
• Experience using Instagram scheduling tools.
