Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Clarins Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its ANZ team in Sydney CBD. You will support the planning, execution and administration of makeup, skincare and seasonal promotion campaigns, ensuring seamless launches and retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions from concept through in‑store activation.
• Assist Brand Managers with marketing calendars, launch plans and promotional activities.
• Manage local promotional development, including product codes, pricing, packaging specifications and copy.
• Prepare and distribute point‑of‑sale materials, gift wrapping, tickets and promotional collateral.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign updates and monthly brand communications.
• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights.
• Partner with Creative Services and Visual Merchandising to develop in‑store activations and launch assets.
• Coordinate merchandising assets, samples, testers and ensure timely delivery.
• Upload launch content to retailer portals and digital platforms, providing tools for online product pages.
• Work with Supply Chain to update pricing, order forms and product lifecycle communications.
• Raise purchase orders, manage day‑to‑day marketing administration and maintain product reference inventory.
