Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator joins Spin Master’s Australia Marketing Team to support Brand Managers across a portfolio of global toy and entertainment brands. The role focuses on localising and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing eCommerce content, and ensuring successful product launches in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate submission, localisation, approval and rollout of TV commercials, digital assets and integrated campaigns.
• Manage and optimise brand content on Amazon stores, retailer websites and portals to boost visibility and conversion.
• Create and maintain Amazon A+ content, enhanced product pages and digital shelf assets.
• Support commercial presentations and retailer pitches with pricing updates, POS insights and sales data.
• Maintain weekly ALP updates and ensure accurate product data across retailer systems.
• Update pricing, line plans and product databases for AU/NZ markets.
• Execute product extensions and new item setups for the AU01 market.
• Collaborate with finance teams to track, reconcile and approve marketing expenditures.
