Marketing Coordinator – Hybrid (WA/NSW)

About the role
DyFlex Solutions is looking for a highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing and business development activities. This hybrid role, based in Western Australia or New South Wales, offers early‑career professionals the chance to gain exposure across campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, events and initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule content across digital channels such as the website, social media and email campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations and case studies.
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases, tracking contacts, leads and campaign performance.
- Support event coordination, including webinars, trade shows and client events.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics and engagement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants and external vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Perform general marketing operations and ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administration or coordination role.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Mailchimp (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.
