Marketing Coordinator – Events

About the role

TMRW Music is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Events Marketing team in Darlinghurst. The role supports planning and execution of marketing campaigns for fast‑growing electronic tours and events, working across digital, social and traditional channels. Ideal candidates are creative, highly organised and passionate about music.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print.
• Manage and update event content calendars.
• Create and publish engaging marketing content across channels.
• Coordinate with creatives to produce compelling assets.
• Manage social media profiles, schedule posts and monitor engagement.
• Develop and send email campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Organise marketing files, budgets and campaign documents.
• Provide administrative support and assist with reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within music, entertainment or events.
• Proven experience coordinating and delivering campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for music and an understanding of the electronic music landscape.
