Marketing Coordinator – Client Care & Marketing Team

About the role

Turks, a national commercial law firm, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Client Care & Marketing team in Sydney. Reporting to the BD & Marketing Manager, the role will own a variety of marketing and communication initiatives that support client engagement and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital and social channels.
• Create and manage client communications, publications and marketing content.
• Coordinate publishing schedules, EDM distribution and HubSpot campaigns.
• Maintain website content and digital platforms to align with marketing objectives.
• Prepare client presentations, capability statements and other collateral.
• Manage industry partnerships, sponsorships and client‑engagement initiatives.
• Support client events, tenders and ad‑hoc business development activities.
• Monitor performance, contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Advisor, Coordinator or similar role within professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns and content.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and editing abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint.
• HubSpot for email and marketing automation.
• Website content management.
• Social media platform management.
