Marketing Coordinator – APAC

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator APAC will be based in our Sydney office and will support the Trade Marketing Manager in delivering marketing initiatives across Asia and South Africa. The role also provides occasional support for Australia and New Zealand across the Globus, Cosmos and Avalon Waterways brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of APAC marketing plans with a focus on Asia and South Africa to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate delivery of trade‑marketing campaigns and advertising activities.
• Develop and maintain trade‑marketing toolkits and promotional materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end production of marketing collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing assets.
• Attend industry functions, GSA conferences and trade events across Asia and South Africa as required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the travel industry within sales, product or marketing.
• Full and permanent working rights in Australia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
