Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club, which offers two courses including the Arnold Palmer-designed The Pines, is seeking a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the role strengthens the Club's brand, enhances member engagement and supports marketing initiatives across several platforms. It involves coordinating communications channels, helping deliver marketing campaigns, developing content, managing website and digital updates and promoting the Club's facilities, events and membership.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and distribute the weekly Member's Update and other communications as required
• Manage content across multiple platforms
• Assist in delivering integrated marketing and communications plans tailored to different stakeholders
• Draft clear, professional communication in line with the Club's objectives and values
• Follow the Club's brand guidelines, values and objectives
• Improve the use of communications tools such as the website, app, e-communication, media resources and printed collateral

Required profile

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field (preferred but not essential)
• Previous marketing and communications experience, or a recent graduate with strong demonstrated skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, creative approach, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in golf is highly regarded

• Copywriting, proofreading and content creation
• Coordinating communication across digital and traditional channels
• Digital tools: Meta Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn and email marketing platforms
