Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, Fixed Term)

About the role

Windermere, a not-for-profit community service organisation operating across Victoria since 1992, is looking for a Marketing Assistant for its Marketing & Consumer Insights team. The position is part-time, fixed term at 0.8 FTE (about 30.4 hours per week) until 27 August 2027, with Monday to Thursday hours (9:00am to 5:00pm, flexible). It is site-based in the South Eastern Melbourne area, with the option of hybrid working and occasional outreach to support consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Consumer Insights team with a varied workload
• Form building, capturing and inputting data to inform reporting
• Processing donations
• Managing merchandise requests and stock inventory
• Providing general support to the marketing team as needed

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, fundraising, business or administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Time management, ability to work independently and flexibly, and willingness to improve and optimise
• Willingness to promote inclusive, culturally responsive and accessible practices
• Current Victorian driver's licence
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including police check, medical and Working with Children's check
• Right to work in Australia
