Marketing and Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to own the execution of our digital marketing strategy and boost our online presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership, you will drive SEO initiatives, website improvements, content marketing, paid campaigns, and creative assets that directly support lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Maintain and enhance WordPress websites and digital content.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create and manage digital marketing assets using Canva and other design tools.
• Produce high‑quality copy for websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.
• Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong hands‑on SEO expertise and a solid understanding of search optimisation principles.
• Experience managing WordPress sites and running Google/Meta ad campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of outcomes.
