- Plan and schedule content with the Marketing Lead to support organisational priorities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative Professional to develop visual assets and with the Engagement Lead and teams across Australia to identify and share community stories, events and impact initiatives.
- Produce written content such as articles, sponsored content, website copy, case studies, email communications and other marketing materials.
- Support internal communications through staff updates, newsletters and announcements.
- Assist with content gathering, stakeholder liaison, interviews and story development, and monitor social media performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including meeting coordination, note-taking and action tracking.
Required profile
- At least 1-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, content creation, social media or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience creating content for organisational social media accounts.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with stakeholders across teams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach; knowledge of the aged care, disability or community services sectors is desirable but not required.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check is a pre-requisite; only applicants with the right to live and work in Australia should apply.
Required skills
- Desirable: experience with social media scheduling, content management or email marketing platforms.
- Desirable but not essential: Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and employment conditions, including salary packaging provisions.
- Additional 3.5 days leave (pro-rata) and the ability to purchase additional leave.
