Marketing and Communications Lead

About the role

As the Marketing and Communications Lead you will develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications initiatives that support EPSA's customer, commercial and growth objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product Support, Rental Solutions, Operations and Customer Experience to translate business priorities into impactful campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to customer, commercial and growth objectives.
• Lead corporate, internal and external communications across multiple channels and audiences.
• Provide marketing and communications advice to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent application of the EPSA and Caterpillar brands across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate agency, supplier and partner relationships to deliver high‑quality marketing outcomes.
• Manage campaign performance, reporting, budgets and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, brand or integrated campaign roles within a B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects and campaign budgets simultaneously.
• Full Australian working rights.
