Marketing and Communications Executive

About the role

ICC Sydney is seeking a passionate Marketing and Communications Executive to support the Marketing & Communications Department. You will help deliver internal and external campaigns that build the ICC Sydney brand globally and enhance event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing and public relations campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Create and tailor electronic direct mail (EDM) content for specific audiences.
• Manage social media platforms, capture content opportunities, respond to messages and adapt copy for different audiences.
• Coordinate campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and event schedules.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years recent experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Tertiary qualification in Digital/Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Valid working rights in Australia and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, website CMS and EDM systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging copy for digital and print media.
