Manufacturing Operator – Mixing Production

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Manufacturing Operator supporting mixing operations across two production lines. You will work on a variety of mixing processes, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring precise ingredient measurement and recipe adherence.
• Execute standard work processes using AM and PM methodologies, including batching, routine cleaning, and inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mixing machinery and support routine maintenance.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, stops reduction, and loss elimination initiatives.
• Support quality‑assurance and safety‑compliance activities to meet product specifications.

Required profile

• Experience operating mixing machinery or similar process equipment in a food or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence.
• Ability to work flexibly across different roles (SC1/SC2) and support other production areas as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
