Manager of Healthcare Partnerships – Medicinal Cannabis

About the role

Join a fast‑growing medicinal cannabis company as a Manager of Healthcare Partnerships, driving education and access for patients across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. You will build and nurture relationships with GPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and represent the medicinal cannabis portfolio to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
• Deliver clinical education, in‑services, presentations and attend relevant conferences and events.
• Own territory and key account plans, identify growth opportunities and track results.
• Maintain compliance with TGA regulations and provide accurate activity reporting via CRM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer‑facing healthcare or life‑sciences sales experience (e.g., pharmaceutical or medicinal cannabis).
• Existing network in Melbourne and knowledge of territory management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Self‑starter with high integrity, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Understanding of TGA compliance and Australian regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, education/presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking performance.
