Manager, Marketing Operations

About the role

The Manager, Marketing Operations will lead the strategic development and delivery of best‑practice marketing platforms for Qantas Loyalty. Working from the Mascot campus, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty and Qantas Airways to drive 1:1 digital marketing excellence for Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with data and technology teams to define requirements, prioritize features and roadmap enhancements.
• Consult implementation teams to deliver best‑in‑class marketing solutions and own the development backlog from inception to execution.
• Implement governance frameworks ensuring scalability, sustainability and compliance of marketing platforms.
• Provide expert advice on UX, accessibility, brand guidelines and omni‑channel journey creation.
• Deliver training and support during transformation initiatives, introducing new processes and capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital marketing or CRM/marketing automation.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholders and small specialist teams.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance, privacy and consent regulations.
• Experience leading projects using tools such as monday.com, Jira, Confluence and Miro.
