About the role
The national Employment Taxes team within KPMG Workforce Advisory is expanding and seeks a Manager to lead advisory and compliance engagements for large corporate and government employers in Perth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consulting on Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding and Superannuation Guarantee for Australia’s largest employers.
- Develop employment tax compliance solutions using data analytics and robotic process automation.
- Resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and network growth.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with ability to distil complex tax concepts.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and experience in client relationship management.
- Experience in tax compliance and advisory work, preferably employment tax.
