Manager, Data Analytics & AI

About the role

Scyne Advisory is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the delivery of analytics and AI solutions for public‑sector clients. You will guide a team of analysts, shape data‑driven strategies, and ensure high‑quality outcomes that support better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of analytics professionals, fostering technical and consulting growth.
• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into reporting, dashboarding and AI solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of analytics initiatives, including KPI frameworks, data transformation and dashboard development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project priorities, delivery risks and resource allocation.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement and maturity of Scyne’s Data & AI practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics, reporting or data teams in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to connect business goals to actionable insights.
• Experience delivering projects or consulting engagements within public‑sector contexts.

Required skills

• Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
• Python for data transformation and analytics.
• Alteryx for data workflow automation.
• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• AI techniques applied within an analytics context.
