Management Accountant – Experiences & Attractions

About the role

Journey Beyond is seeking a Management Accountant to join its Experiences & Attractions division. This hands‑on position will support finance and operations teams, delivering timely financial reporting, analysis and modelling to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end accounting, performance analysis, data integration and reporting.
• Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Support business‑case modelling and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports for leaders and managers, including P&L, cost, labour, KPI and financial metric dashboards.
• Provide inventory reporting and analysis, covering stocktakes and wastage.
• Partner with A&E teams to highlight cost drivers and improve efficiency.
• Build collaborative relationships across Finance and the wider organisation, using data to inform decisions.
• Identify, develop and implement reporting and process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, financial systems and modelling.
• Ability to prepare and use data to influence business decisions.
• Advanced understanding of Excel, data tables and data extraction.
• Reliable, professional, organised and proactive with strong customer‑service orientation.
