About the role
The Maintenance Technician works on a rotating 24/7 schedule to keep the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in perfect condition, ensuring guest and employee safety and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily engineering shift tasks to maintain property efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for 24‑hour emergency services.
- Execute work order systems and follow up for completion.
- Collaborate with Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions to uphold high standards in guest rooms, outlets, and public areas.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a five‑star hotel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with contractors, suppliers, guests, and employees.
- Excellent verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
