Concierge Clerk

About the role

As a Concierge Clerk at Four Seasons Sydney, you will support the Concierge team in delivering highly personalised, anticipatory service that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events, and points of interest.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
