Maintenance Manager

About the role

Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of our asset, ensuring safety, presentation, compliance and efficient performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct daily inspections of plant, equipment and common areas to ensure operational readiness and presentation standards.
• Identify and coordinate maintenance, repair and safety requirements.
• Undertake hands‑on maintenance tasks such as patching, painting, basic carpentry, landscaping and appliance inspections.
• Manage work orders and support minor operational and capital projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, risks, critical issues and compliance obligations, including fire safety.
• Contribute to asset performance, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in a maintenance, facilities, handyman or building services role.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with a proactive, hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Trade qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high‑quality outcomes.
