Key responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team, applying management system methodologies to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Plan, organise and schedule preventative and planned maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Ensure all activities meet Kraft Heinz Food Safety, EHS, GMP and sustainability requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records, supporting HR administration.
• Manage engineering budget, monitor monthly spend and report financial status.
• Drive continuous improvement, problem‑solving culture and deliver operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong leadership, change‑management and people‑management skills.
• Commitment to safety and food quality while meeting production targets.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.

Required skills

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• CAPEX and maintenance budget management.
• Project management and technical/SOP writing.
• Interpretation of complex data and effective communication.
