About the role
We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to operate and maintain production equipment at our Wagga Wagga site, supporting the maintenance team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor production equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Develop mechanical trade skills and knowledge to meet site needs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to use a variety of tools.
- Sound knowledge of quality checks/systems (desirable).
- Team player committed to learning and development.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
