Lubrication Technician – FIFO Plant Maintenance

About the role

Liontown Limited is seeking a Lubrication Technician to join its Plant Maintenance team at the Kathleen Valley site. This permanent, FIFO position operates on an 8/6 roster from Perth and supports the reliable operation of our lithium production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement lubrication best practices to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Operate a range of test equipment for routine and non‑routine lubrication tasks.
• Execute planned lubrication activities and complete associated work orders.
• Collect, dispatch and analyse lubrication samples, then act on the results.
• Participate in lubrication change‑outs and maintain dispensing equipment and automatic systems.
• Perform breather and filter replacements and keep detailed records of recommendations and procurement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar lubrication role, preferably in a FIFO environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to obtain a recent National Police Clearance and pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
