Lounge 32 Attendant – Luxury Club Lounge

About the role

The Lounge 32 Attendant is the face of luxury service for discerning guests in the exclusive Club Lounge. Reporting to the Lounge 32 Manager, you will deliver personalized, high‑standard hospitality throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance and functionality of Lounge 32 during all service periods.
• Welcome guests warmly, provide tailored assistance, recommendations and support.
• Serve food and beverages for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with polished service.
• Recognise VIPs, loyalty members and repeat guests, ensuring a highly personalized experience.
• Control lounge access to preserve exclusivity and privacy.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
• Stay informed about hotel offerings, local attractions and events for guest recommendations.
• Provide concierge‑style support such as booking dining, transport and entertainment.
• Upsell hotel services, amenities and experiences to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle administrative duties including guest preferences, billing and reporting using hotel systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in guest services, lounge or concierge roles.
• Warm, polished and professional demeanor with impeccable personal presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Service mindset with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
