About the role
The Logistics Manager leads the end‑to‑end logistics function, ensuring accurate, secure and efficient inventory management while complying with customs and security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, stock movements, picking, packing and dispatch across the distribution centre.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy, lead stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage import/export activities, customs clearance and trade documentation.
- Lead, coach and develop the logistics team, setting performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement.
- Monitor freight spend, optimise costs and report logistics performance to leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution operations.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with freight providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Inventory management and stock control expertise.
- Customs compliance and international freight handling.
