Logistics Administrator – PM Shift

About the role

Join Lineage’s new Convenience Service operation near Perth Airport as a Logistics Administrator on the PM shift. You will act as the key link between customers and operational teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process customer orders, operational documentation and purchase order reconciliation.
• Support stock receipt, dispatch administration and transport logistics.
• Review operational reports, identify discrepancies and assist with export/import documentation.
• Coordinate labour bookings and order office/warehouse consumables.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and maintain food‑safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility compliance.

Required profile

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience.
• Acute attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to work across multiple systems.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel).
• Experience with warehouse, transport or logistics systems (WMS, TMS, inventory systems).
